About the event
DE-ESCALATION & TACTICAL COMMUNICATIONS - this is a Hybrid of our Enforcement and Civilian De-escalation course.
For people who interact with the public in high-emotion, low to high risk environments such as healthcare, education, social services, customer service, community-facing organizations, as well as enforcement roles such as Security Guards and Peace Officers.
This program equips personnel operating in non authority and authority-based roles, low to high-risk environments with the discipline, tactical awareness, and legal clarity required to resolve volatile encounters while preserving public and officer safety, public trust, and legal defensibility.
This course runs over 2 days
Saturday - 9:00am to 4:30pm
Sunday - 9:00am to 4:30pm
