Krav Maga Seminar - Saturday November 7th

Whether this is your first seminar or your 100th, Krav Maga seminars are designed to provide you with a solid foundational understanding into the IKMF (International Krav Maga Federation) Krav Maga system. Krav Maga (Hebrew for Contact Combat) is a tactical and practical system of self defence. The seminar allows you to see what the system is about, meet other students and the instructor. Bring a mask, MMA gloves, groin protection, small towel, water bottle and a snack. The seminar is three hours but flies by with learning technique, considerations of safety, timelines and drills for building confidence. Please arrive 20 minutes early to check in and get ready.
